At hydratedpet, we want both you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable items such as treats or food are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@hydratedpet.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send items back without receiving return instructions.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your refund is late or missing, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used toys, treats, or chews

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


🐶 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@hydratedpet.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
